Unified Communications (UC) bring together the 3 core
elements of a communications technology; applications,
devices and management, into a single system enabling
improvement in human activities and most important of all,
solve real business problems. The aspects of a UC systems
that address real business problems aren’t necessarily
related to the technology itself but rather the way it is
implemented. That’s what Mitel mean by “UC for the real
world” and we shall be exploring this topic in this
presentation.<back>
